Hydraulic multi-disc type slipping clutch is incorporated and, through adoption of an electronic controller, pressure of clutch plates shall be controlled in accordance with variation of the engine revolution speed. Therefore, the revolution speed (frequency) of a generator shall always be maintained at constant speed against variation of the engine speed and/or generator load during running.

Features

  • Due to simple and plain construction, the unit shall be of light weight and compact, and lead to less break down.
  • As the slipping clutch shall transmit torque through oil membrane, no clutch plate will wear down, and maintenance service will be unnecessary until general inspection.
  • In response to variation of the engine speed, automatic operation of the unit shall be done at the best suitable increasing ratio, so that transmission efficiency shall be improved.
